In-House Exhibition in Palma 3/4 of March 2007 10.12.2006
On the first weekend of March Yates Alemanes is organizing its third In-House Boatshow in the Club de Mar of Palma de Mallorca. On saturday and on sunday between 10.00 to 18.00 h all our boats will be available for visits and seatrials. The fleet of new Bavaria Yachts (sail & power, Cruiser Series, Vision Series, Sport Series) as well as catamarans (sail & power) from Fountaine Pajot/Trawler Cats and Privilège will be presented as an in-water-show. In addition to that professionally checked second hand boats are available. Please click above on "used boats" for further details. The focus will be on information and consultancy far away from the hazzle of the big boat shows, e. g. Sören Hansen from Elvström/Sobstadt with tips for perfect trim and rigging.  We look forward to seeing you. If you wish to go out for a sea trial, we ask you to book in advance. Match 42: Third Place in IMS 600 Worlds in Kreta/Greece 19.10.2006

Although Bavaria Yachts stopped the Match series of cruiser-racers, the biggest model, Bavaria 42 Match, continues successfully in the international regatta circus. We received this e-mail from Pavel Dukov/Bulgary:   

Dear John, 

I would like to express my gratitude once again for the assistance and knowledge that you have rendered to us. We had very good season with a 3rd place in the Aegean Regatta and 4th place in the IMS 600 Worlds in Crete, where we won the Corinthian world title. We followed your tuning advices very closely and the Bavaria 42 Match was absolutely competitive to Farr, Rodman and Synergia which were left behind in the overall standings. The boat was rated GPH 587.4 pretty good considered the carbon and new sails from Quantum (genoa 142%).The winds in this regattas ranged from 25 to 35 knots with gusts up to 40 kn and downwind speed up to 17.2 knots.Everything was okay except one jib berber block broken.

Boat Shows autumn/winter 2006/2007

Our presence during the two important boat shows in Spain goes without saying but you will also find us at the three big boatshows in Germany. Our fair calendar as from September 2006 to May 2007 reads as follows: Interboot/Friedrichshafen (Germany), Hanseboot Hamburg (Germany), Salón Náutico Barcelona (Spain), boot/Düsseldorf (Germany und Salón Náutico Palma (Spain). Apart from that Bavaria Yachts will of course also be present at all the big shows in Southhampton, Cannes, Genova etc. Here is exactly where you can find Yates Alemanes:
