28 Sport

Bavaria Sport 28 - versatile and sporty

The new model Bavaria Sport 28, replacing the 27, has been nominated "European Power Boat of the Year 2009/10" just after its launch. The smallest power boat of the Sport Series is an allrounder that can be used for sporty rides as well as pleasant family cruising. Just like the just recently launched premium model of the fleet, the Deep Blue 46, this new yacht has been designed by BMW Group Designworks USA but in its overall concept it stays closer to the sport series than the flagship Deep Blue.

The hull of 8,50 m (total length 8,95 m) is a little longer, the lines are more modern and the interior distribution has improved: The double cabin is totally separate, the bathroom more generous. The cabin height is now 1.85 m - added to the beam of nearly three meters this gives the boat considerable volume. The pantry is to port side, opposite the bathroom. There is a dinette (u-shaped sofa with dining table) in the bow that converts into a second double berth so that a total of four persons can sleep on board. The cockpit is equipped with an ergonomic helmstation, an eating area that sits five, a functional wetbar plus a nice sunpad in the back.

The Sport 28 can be ordered with seven different engine configurations,  gasoline or diesel, Mercruiser or Volvo Penta, with one or two engines. Prices start at € 64,900.00 (with standard equipment, no taxes or transport included) which is even below the price of the former 27 Sport.
